STORE MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

The Store Manager is the captain of the ship; they lead the business and team towards new horizons! In charge of store operations, the Store Manager does what it takes to succeed at making Domino’s #1 in their neighbourhood.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Plan, organize, control and lead a Domino’s store’s operations in line with standards
  • Ensure a safe environment is provided to all employees and customers
  • Maintain high quality food products at all times
  • Ensure safe, friendly and timely service for in-store and delivery customers
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary store and a professional image
  • Manage operating costs and focus on increasing store profitability
  • Work to increase local market share and store average weekly sales
  • Lead and develop team members
  • Have fun!
