ASSISTANT MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

The Assistant Manager (AM) is on their path towards leading a store’s operations. While working through our Manager Development Program, they assist the Store Manager in the operation of a store.

 

The Assistant Manager is in the early stages of learning how to run a successful Domino’s location. So, to ensure their continued development and success, they work closely with the Store Manager and/or Store Assistant Manager in running the operations of the franchise. In addition, they are provided management and leadership courses (paid, of course) that help develop their skills needed even further.

Domino’s locations are high-volume and full of action so we provide all of our management team members with the paid training needed to not just handle the business, but to have fun and make money doing so! Learn the basics of managing costs, coaching team members, leading strong operations and much more. This role introduces candidates to the world of business management in a safe and positive learning environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist in organizing, controlling and leading a Domino’s store’s operations in line with standards
  • Ensure a safe environment is provided to all employees and customers
  • Maintain high quality food products at all times
  • Ensure safe, friendly and timely service for in-store and delivery customers
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary store and a professional image
  • Manage operating costs and focus on increasing store profitability
  • Lead and monitor team member performance
  • Have fun!
