SENIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER (SAM)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Store Assistant Manager (SAM) is the second in command of a Domino’s location; they help the Store Manager lead the business towards new horizons! Fully trained to lead a store’s operations, they work very closely with the Store Manger to succeed at making Domino’s #1 in their neighbourhood.

We offer hard working team players the opportunity to learn how to run a high-volume business. Our Store Assistant Managers are in the final phase of their development, where they will work closely with their Store Manager to develop to eventually become a Store Manager themselves. This role provides the SAM more exposure to the upper-management level responsibilities like scheduling, ordering inventory and managing team member performance. SAMs receive a very competitive salary, plus incentives.  But don’t get too comfortable in this role since it’s one that is meant to prepare you to take over a Domino’s location as a Store Manager!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Plan, organize, control and lead a Domino’s store’s operations in line with standards
  • Ensure a safe environment is provided to all employees and customers
  • Maintain high quality food products at all times
  • Ensure safe, friendly and timely service for in-store and delivery customers
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary store and a professional image
  • Manage operating costs and focus on increasing store profitability
  • Work to increase local market share and store average weekly sales
  • Lead and develop team members
  • Have fun!
